This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used and disclosed by Neeritech GbR, Waaggäßchen 1, 93047 Regensburg, Germany (hereinafter referred to as "Neeritech" or "us") and our subsidiaries when you use our website www.haus-segen.com (the "Website") and the Haus-Segen, Der WG Planer app (the "App") (Website and App collectively, the "Service") or when you otherwise interact with us. In order to protect the personal data collected from you by us against accidental or deliberate manipulation, loss, destruction or the access of unauthorized persons (see sections 9, 11 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) in conjunction with the Annex to section 9 of the Act), our technical and organizational security measures are constantly improved according to the technological development. We take all the usual technical measures to prevent unauthorized access to your data on our servers. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the bottom of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our website or sending you an in-app pop-up notification). 1. COLLECTION, STORAGE AND PROCESSING OF INFORMATION

We collect, store and process the personal data (e. g. for contacting us your e-mail-address, name) that you submit to us only to the extent required for you to use our Service, or to the extent that such use is allowed in accordance with other legal provisions, even without your consent, in particular for responding to your inquiries. We collect information you provide directly to us. At the moment this is your name, your email, and device information. Also, we store information about your shared flat (WG) such as name, zip code and country. We reserve the right to contact you with your given personal data.

2. USE OF INFORMATION

We only use the collected information about you to carry out the purpose it was collected for, interacting with your roommates and organizing your flat. If you consent the app may send push notifications or alerts to your device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your device (iOS) or by changing your settings within our services (Android).

3. SHARING OF INFORMATION

We do not share any of your information to third parties. Your information is solely used for our own research about App usage. We are based in Germany as they have by far the strictest data regulation laws worldwide.

4. USE OF WEB ANALYTIC SERVICES

The following web analytic service is used to improve the user experience of our services: We use Google Analytics, a service for the marketing analysis of this website, of Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses codes consisting of text and numbers, which will be stored on your computer and which allow for an analysis of the use of the Website ("Cookies"). The information generated by the Cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transferred to and stored by a Google Server. Google will use this information, to evaluate your use of the website, to prepare reports about the website activities for the website operators and to provide further services connected to the use of websites and the use of the internet. Google may transfer this information to third parties, if legally obliged to do so or if third parties process these data on behalf of Google. In no case, Google will connect your IP address with other data from Google. We cannot warrant security for data transmitted to our services because unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Therefore we store personal data in an encrypted form only. Neeritech is based in Germany. The information we collect is processed in the European Union and governed by the applicable German law and European directives.

6. RIGHTS OF OBJECTION, ACCESS, ERASURE AND BLOCKING OF DATA

We will correct and/or delete your personal data at any time if you object to the use of data or if we are obligated to do so due to contractual (breach of Terms, pursuit of claims), legal or governmental regulations. In case a deletion is not possible due to legal, statutory or contractual retention periods, or if it requires disproportionate efforts or prejudices your legitimate interests, the data will be blocked instead of deleted.
